Grisly New Details Emerge As Cops Search Landfill For Beheaded Influencer Abby Choi’s Missing Arms, Torso

The search continued in a landfill for murdered influencer Abby Choi’s missing torso, arms and hands days after her severed head was located in a soup pot, officials said.

On Feb. 28, police put on hazmat suits and searched a Hong Kong landfill for the dismembered model's remains.

"The suspects threw away several bags of important evidence in the morning of Feb. 22," Police Superintendent Alan Chung told Inside Edition. "They may be some human body parts or they could be the clothes and the phone of the victim, or even the weapons."

Abby’s ex-husband and her former in-laws have all been arrested in connection with her gruesome death, as Front Page Detectives previously reported.

Choi had a close relationship with her ex-husband, Alex Kwong, 28, and his family even after they divorced at least six years ago.

A recent financial dispute involving millions of Hong Kong dollars, however, created tension among them, and Choi was planning to sell a luxury apartment she bought for the family, Inside Edition reported.

Over the weekend, parts of Choi’s body were found inside a house that was recently rented by her former family members.

Police said they also recovered minced human flesh in the residence. The influencer's head was found covered with vegetables in a stainless steel pot on the stove. Her legs were discovered in a refrigerator.

According to authorities, the suspects allegedly planned Abby’s murder for weeks and the house was transformed into a killing factory.

“The flat was arranged meticulously by cold-blooded killers. Tools that are used to dismember human bodies were found in the flat, including meat grinders, chainsaws, long raincoats, gloves, and masks,” Chung said. “The suspects covered the walls of the flat with a sail, and they put on face shields and raincoats so that they would not get bloodstained by dismembering the body.”

Witnesses told authorities they saw people carrying garbage bags out of the apartment, which is what prompted investigators to search a nearby landfill on Feb. 28.

On Feb. 27, Kwong, his brother Anthony, 31, and their father, Kwong Kau, 65, were charged with murder. Kwong’s mother, Jenny Li, 63, was charged with perverting the course of justice. All four were being held without bail.

None of the suspects have entered pleas, and their next court hearing is scheduled for May 8.
