Woman Accused Of Shooting Her Boyfriend Dead, But Motive Remains Unknown

A woman in Alabama is accused of shooting and killing her boyfriend, though police have not said what led to the alleged murder.
Around 1 a.m. on Aug. 8, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office in Alabama responded to a possible shooting on Lee Road.
When police arrived, they went into a home and found a 33-year-old man with multiple gunshot wounds, according to the sheriff’s office. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators identified his girlfriend, Shakeisar Peavy, as a suspect and she was arrested.
Authorities have not released a motive in the case.
Peavy was charged with murder, and is being held in an Alabama jail on $250,000 bond.
