Deadly Shooting Outside An Alabama CVS Was Likely Motivated Over Drugs, Police Say

A shooting at an Alabama CVS left one person dead and another facing murder charges, police said.
The incident happened on Oct. 29, and the suspect was arrested last week, according to AL.com.
Police in Homewood, Alabama, responded to a CVS for a shooting around 5:30 p.m. Oct. 29. Police arrived and found Eric Kaczmarek shot, according to AL.com. He was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead hours later.

Investigators identified Brennon Jabree Dinatale as the suspect and he was arrested last week.
Authorities said the shooting was likely drug-related as both the suspect and victim had drug-related arrests in their past, according to AL.com.
Dinatale was charged with capital murder and is being held in jail without bond.
