He Had Just Done The Weather On Local TV. Then, He Wound Up Behind Bars For Stalking, Police Say.

An Alabama weatherman had just finished his on-air appearance for the night. Then, he was arrested on a stalking charge.
Police arrested Andrew Alexander Clarke, 23, a Dothan, Alabama television meteorologist, on stalking charges over the weekend.
Clarke, who does weather for WDHN was charged with second-degree stalking.
According to police records, Clarke was booked into Dothan City Jail a little after 11 p.m. on Jan. 21, approximately a half hour after he appeared on the station's 10 p.m. newscast.
“Officers received a complaint from the alleged victim that Mr. Clarke had repeatedly followed her from her place of employment, and she obtained a warrant for his arrest,” Dothan Police Major Will Glover told WTVY.
Clarke faces up to six months and jail and a $3,000 fine.
