Alex Murdaugh Maximum-Security Selfies Exposed — ‘I’m Sure He Didn’t Want These Bad Boys Getting Out’

New unsettling prison selfies have leaked of convicted double murderer Alex Murdaugh, who appears topless and carefree in his cell as he serves his two life sentences, according to authorities.

According to YouTube channel Phone Calls From Prison, Murdaugh can be seen in dozens of images taken from his prison tablet. The channel said the photos were obtained from the South Carolina Department of Corrections in a Freedom of Information request.

In the photos, the disgraced lawyer can be seen wearing a white T-shirt or nothing but his pasty torso while in his cell at the McCormick Correctional Institution, where he is serving two life sentences for the gruesome deaths of his wife, Maggie, 52, and 22-year-old son Paul in 2021, as Front Page Detectives previously reported.

In the video, YouTuber Jump Suit Pablo states it is “Alex Murdaugh’s Only Fans premiere.” Adding, “I’m only kidding. But we have some leaked selfies. I’m sure he didn’t want these bad boys getting out.”

Murdaugh appears to be using a tablet that inmates are given to access movies and play a variety of games while doing their time, Pablo said. They are also allowed to make video calls and every time an inmate logs onto the tablet, a photo is taken.

Murdaugh appears shirtless and is looking down at the tablet in some of the photos.

He can also be seen lying in his bed with his head resting on an orange pillow. Another image has him yawning with a cone-like item hanging above him, which Pablo thought was a makeshift loudspeaker Murdaugh made using a rolled-up magazine.

The leaked selfies come shortly after an audio recording leaked capturing Murdaugh’s awkward phone conversation with his surviving son, Buster, 26, as Front Page Detectives reported.
