Man Suspected Of Assaulting Arizona Pregnant Realtor, Causing Her To Miscarry, Arrested In Texas: Officials
A man police believe assaulted and attempted to kidnap a pregnant realtor in Arizona two months ago was located and taken into custody in Texas, police said.
Juan Nunley Jr., 31, was booked as a fugitive from justice in Arizona under the alias Donasti Davonsiea on Dec. 7, KOLD reported, citing court records from El Paso County in Texas.
According to the station, Nunley allegedly was armed when he assaulted the pregnant realtor inside a Tucson home she was showing on Oct. 8.
Nunley is accused of trying to restrain the real estate agent, but she was able to escape and phone police for help.
Police did not say what led to the attack or if the suspect knew the victim before the incident.
The woman, whose name was not made public, reportedly miscarried three days after the attack due to the injuries she suffered.
