A fight between two men living together in Arizona ended with one man dead and the other in handcuffs, police said.
On Oct. 21, police said they were called to a home in East Palmas Place in Tuscon, Arizona, in regards to a domestic fight.
At the scene, police said they found an unresponsive man who had obvious signs of trauma inside the home.
According to KOLD, the man was later identified as 69-year-old Dan Emanuel Harris.
Police and medical personnel attempted life-saving efforts on Harris, but they were not successful and Harris was pronounced dead at the scene, according to authorities.
Officials determined 42-year-old Robert Jaime Martinez was the suspect in this case and he was detained by responding officers.
Martinez was arrested and charged with second-degree murder/domestic violence and police said he was booked into the Pima County Jail.
Authorities stated both Harris and Martinez lived at the residence along with other family members. But, investigators have not said what led to the fight.
