An Arizona man is accused of fatally shooting a teen during an early-morning argument last month.
Dupree Rollins, 18, was charged with first-degree murder in connection to the fatal shooting of a 16-year-old boy, according to the Phoenix Police Department.
Phoenix Police said Rollins got into an argument with Romeo Perkins, 16, which ended in a fatal shooting, at an apartment near 25th Street and Glenrosa Avenues, north of Indian School Road, around 4 a.m. on July 20, according to AZFamily.com.
Perkins was declared dead on the scene.
Police have not said what led to the argument or if Perkins and Rollins knew each other before the shooting.
Police said that Rollins was arrested on the first-degree murder charge on Aug. 27. Officials said he faces other charges but did not elaborate on the specifics.
