Miko was arrested for allegedly strangling and beating his elderly mother to death while also on active probation, officials said. He was charged with first-degree vulnerable adult abuse, assault by strangulation, and first-degree homicide.

Hartleroad had been on the run out of Wisconsin for 30 years, but he was arrested and identified after he was pulled over for not having a bike reflector. He escaped from a halfway house in Madison, Wisconsin, in 1995, after he was released from prison.

Reyes was arrested for second-degree murder after he allegedly stabbed a man to death, police said. This comes one year after he was accused of killing a 17-year-old boy only to have the murder charge dropped because of a lack of evidence.
