Michigan Man Accused Of Murder, Arson After Firefighter Suffers Heart Attack While Putting out Blaze

A Michigan man was charged with murder after a firefighter died fighting a fire suspected to be the result of arson, authorities said.
On March 6 in in Genesee County District Court, Jabez Bobo, 21, was arraigned on charges of open murder and first-degree arson, WJRT reported, citing court records.
According to the station, Bobo was arrested in connection with a Feb. 25 fire that began in a mobile home park in Flint.
While fighting the blaze, firefighter Ricky Hill Jr. suffered a fatal heart attack.
Bobo was being held on $100,000.
If convicted of the charges against him, Bobo could receive a sentence of up to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
