Naked Neighbor Accused Of Crashing Family BBQ In Texas, Shooting Man: Police
A naked man who crashed his neighbors’ family barbecue in Louisiana was arrested after he allegedly shot at a guest when they asked him to leave, authorities said.
Officers responding to a home in Baton Rouge after receiving a report about a shooting found a man suffering a gunshot wound to his side, WBRZ reported.
According to witnesses, six family members were sitting outside the residence around 9 a.m. when the suspect, John Tyson, 37, approached them wearing no clothing.
The family told Tyson there were children present and twice asked him to leave the property. The witnesses claimed Tyson allegedly pulled out a gun he had concealed behind his back and fired three shots at the victim, according to arrest documents.
The naked suspect then went back to his home next door.
Tyson faces one count of attempted first-degree murder as well as a weapons charge.
