Philadelphia police investigating after woman's body found on the side of the road: report
Philadelphia police are investigating after a woman's body was found on the side of a road early Saturday morning, according to WPVI-TV.
Police say the woman's body was found around 3:30 a.m. on the 300 block of East Tusculum Street in the Kensington area of Philadelphia, WPVI reports.
Police say surveillance video shows someone in a red car abruptly open and close the passenger-side door before the vehicle drove off. It also shows a woman's body left behind, according to WPVI.

The car was last seen going toward Kesington Avenue, WPVI reports.
