Pro Mississippi Bodybuilder Accused Of Statutory Rape Of Girl, 15, After Giving Her Drugs, Alcohol: Sheriff

A Mississippi businessman and bodybuilder is accused of sexually assaulting a teenager after he allegedly gave her alcohol and drugs, authorities claimed.

Gino Giammarco, 48,was arrested this week after an investigation determined he allegedly provided the 15-year-old girl with the booze and drugs and then performed “sexual acts” on her, WLBT reported, citing the Rankin County Sheriff’s Office.

It is unclear if the suspect knew the victim before the encounter.

According to the station, Giammarco owns the business TAT Irrigation and Drainage in Brandon and he is also a member of the International Federation of Bodybuilders.

He was charged with three counts of sexual battery and two counts of statutory rape.

He was being held on $300,000 bond at the Rankin County Detention Center.
