Fight between brother-in-laws turns deadly, suspect arrested for murder, cops say

A dispute between brother-in-laws in Texas ended with gunfire and one man charged with murder, police said.
Around 2:15 a.m. July 11, Grand Prairie police said officers responded to a shooting and found a man lying in a parking lot with a gunshot wound.
According to authorities, Sherman Martin Jr., 26, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The suspected shooter, Dakevion Woods, 21, was found nearby and arrested without incident, NBC DFW reported.
Officials said Woods and Martin Jr. are brother-in-laws and were involved in a fight before Woods shot Martin Jr.
Woods was charged with murder in the death of his brother-in-law and is currently being held in a local jail, authorities said.
Police have said the case remains under investigation.
