73-Year-Old Man Shot Dead In California Neighborhood After Dispute, Suspect Now Behind Bars

A 73-year-old man was shot and killed over the weekend, and now police say they have the suspected killer in custody.
On Aug. 29, police in Fresno, California, announced the arrest of Christopher Turner, 50, in connection to the case.
On Aug. 27, 73-year-old Robert Torres was shot several times in a neighborhood near First Street and Clinton Avenue. The victim was killed around 7 a.m.
He was shot after a dispute, though police have not said what led to the disagreement, according to the Fresno Bee.
Turners was identified as a suspect and arrested this week, according to the report.
He now faces murder charges and is being held in a California jail.
