California man allegedly stabbed and killed 2 people near railroad tracks

A man has been arrested after he allegedly stabbed and killed two people near railroad tracks in California.
On Nov. 16, police received a report of two people lying near the railroad tracks near Harney Lane in Lodi, California, according to Lodi police.
Responding officers found two stabbing victims, both of which were deceased. The victim’s names have been withheld pending notification of next of kin, police said.
Shortly thereafter, officers received information about a possible third stabbing victim in Salas Park, where they contacted Randall Allenbaugh, 29.
Throughout the course of the investigation, cops determined that Allenbaugh was a suspect in the double homicide, according to Lodi police.
Allenbaugh and the victims knew each other, according to investigators. But, investigators have not said what led to the alleged attack.
Allenbaugh was booked into the San Joaquin County Jail, where he is being held on two counts of murder.
