Carnival worker in Tennessee accused of sexually touching teen on ride, asking for her name and phone number
A carnival worker in Tennessee worker is accused of sexually accosting a child who was about to go on a ride.
On Aug. 10, the girl was at the Henry County Fairgrounds in Paris when Erick Fabricio, 29, allegedly assaulted her.
The child, who police said was between the ages of 13 and 18, told her aunt the carnival ride operator had “sexually touched her while getting on the ‘Ring of Fire’ at the fair,” WKRN reported, citing an arrest warrant.
The alleged victim claimed while securing her harness on the ride, Fabricio“put his hand under the lap bar, forcing his hand between her legs,” the document states.
Fabricio allegedly told her that she was pretty and asked for her name and phone number. She then fled and later identified the suspect for a plainclothes detective.

The carnival worker employed with Belle City Amusements was charged with sexual battery and booked into the Henry County Jail on $10,000 bond.
Paris police said Fabricio is originally from Honduras and Immigration and Customs Enforcement will be tasked with possible deportation proceedings, AM radio station WENK reported.
