6-Year-Old Boy Sexually Abused In Stall At Chicago McDonald's, Suspect Nabbed: Police

A man is accused of sexually abusing a child in a Chicago McDonald’s bathroom, according to police.
Bryan Sutton, 62, of Flint, Michigan, was charged with aggravated criminal sexual abuse of a victim under 13 years old and aggravated kidnapping. Chicago police announced the arrest on Aug. 22.
Around 6 p.m. on Aug. 20, police responded to the North Clark Street McDonald’s where they arrested the suspect.
Investigators said minutes before the arrest, Sutton sexually abused a 6-year-old boy inside a restroom stall at the business.
The suspect also battered a 61-year-old security guard who tried to detain him, according to police.
Authorities did not say if Sutton knew the victim before the incident.
