Man Walking His Dog Gets In Argument With Driver, Then Shoots The Motorist Dead, Police Say

A road rage incident in Colorado turned deadly, and for the first time in three years, a murder suspect is behind bars in the county, according to a report.
This week, the Montrose County Sheriff’s Office in Colorado announced the arrest of Mark Miller. He was charged with second-degree murder and is being held in jail on $150,000 bond.
It’s the first homicide case in the county in three years, according to KREX.
Miller was walking his dog along 074 Road when he encountered the driver, according to the Montrose Press. The two got into an argument. There was no word on what the argument was about.
Miller then shot the driver and called 911, according to the Press.
The victim was found outside his car in the middle of the road, according to the report. The name of the victim was not released.
