A 73-year-old woman was shot to death in Colorado, and police said they arrested the suspect.
Recently, police said they arrested 35-year-old Max E. Struck in connection to the October killing of Patti Magby, 73.
Magby was found shot outside a residence in Pueblo County, Colorado on Oct. 21, according to the Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies had responded to a home for a shots fired call. Magby was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators say Magby had gone to Struck’s home for an unknown reason. Struck fired a gun, killing Magby.
Struck was arrested and charged with first-degree murder. He is being held in Pueblo County jail.
“I commend our detectives for their thorough investigative work in this case that led to the arrest warrant being issued and this subsequent arrest,” said Pueblo County Sheriff David J. Lucero.
