A disagreement inside a Connecticut bar became a murder outside. Then the suspect walked away.
A man is accused of shooting a person to death outside a bar and then walking away, according to police.
On March 28, police in Bridgeport, Connecticut, arrested Tivon Taylor in connection to the fatal shooting of Fredrick Shelby on March 18.
On that date, Taylor followed Shelby out of Tae’s Lounge after the two men had words inside, according to Bridgeport police. Investigators did not say what led to the disagreement inside the bar.
Taylor then shot Shelby multiple times and walked away, according to police.
Investigators spoke to Taylor and the suspect admitted to the shooting, police said.
Officers charged Taylor with murder, criminal possession of a firearm and carrying a pistol without a permit. He is being held on $1 million bail.
