Connecticut man shot in parking lot, brother and sister accused of murder, cops say

A Connecticut man was shot in a parking lot in East Hartford and police say a brother and sister have both been charged in connection to his slaying.
Around 7:30 a.m. around April 24, police responded to a call of shots fired near a parking lot.
Officials said once police arrived, they found 35-year-old William Gonzalez suffering from two gunshot wounds.
According to authorities, Gonzalez later died at a hospital from his injuries.
On June 2, East Hartford police announced that detectives arrested 35-year-old Angel Martinez, who was charged with murder and criminal possession of a pistol or revolver.
Martinez is being held on $1.25 million bond, authorities said.
East Hartford police also announced that 32-year-old Ashley Quintana, the sister of Martinez, was arrested.
Martinez was charged with hindering prosecution and is being held on $50,000 bond, police said.
Police have not released a positive motive for the killing or whether the victim knew the suspects.
