Suspect Who Police Say Fatally Shot Another Man During A Fight Arrested

A Connecticut man who police say gunned down another person during a fight was arrested.
Michael Anderson, 61, is charged with murder in connection to an incident that took place at his restaurant in Waterbury, Connecticut, according to WFSB.
At approximately 1:40 a.m. Aug. 13, police found a 28-year-old man lyong on the ground outside Mikey's Jamaican Restaurant. He was taken to Saint Mary's Hospital, where he later died, WFSB reported.
According to police, Anderson and the man, who was not identified, got into a fight outside the restaurant. “During the altercation, Anderson pulled out a firearm from his possession and fatally shot the male victim," police stated, according to WFSB.
In addition to the murder charge, Anderson is charged with reckless endangerment first-degree and unlawful discharge of a firearm. He is being held on $2 million bond, WFSB reported.
