Atlanta Cop Accused of Killing Lyft Driver He Believed Was Recruiting Him Into ‘Gay Fraternity’: Affidavit
Koby Minor, who was on administrative leave at the time of the shooting, has been charged in the Lyft driver's murder, officials said.
