Feb. 25 2021, Updated 10:42 a.m. ET
A dancer who appeared on the Lifetime show “Dance Moms” is accused of having sex with teenagers, according to Florida court documents.
Kevin Cosculluela, 25, worked as an instructor at Peaches Dance and Music Orlando at the time of the incident, where he met his two victims. Both girls were underage.
Cosculluela talked to the teenagers via text messages and Snapchat, according to police. They texted regularly, and one victim said he told her he loved her and that their conversations quickly moved to “sexual things.”
That victim said she viewed Cosculluela as a “celebrity” and someone who was “famous.” The teen also said Cosculluela could be scary if she didn’t do what he wanted.
In Dec. 2020, Cosculluela called the victim and asked her to come back to the studio, according to police. The victim felt that he wanted to have sex and told him “no.” Cosculluela got angry and hung up the phone.
The next day, Cosculluela asked the victim to accompany him to Taco Bell, but asked her to drive to his apartment first, according to court documents. He took her to his bedroom, where he allegedly made her perform a sex act.
After the incident, Kevin allegedly told her, “None of this happened, erase this from your memory and don’t tell anyone.”

Another victim was allegedly coerced into sending nude photos to Kevin via Snapchat. He is also accused of bringing the same victim to his bedroom, then laying on top of her and sexually abusing her.
Cosculluela was arrested on seven felony charges, including two counts of sexual activity with a 16 or 17-year-old child, solicitation of a minor via computer, and lewd conduct.
He has pleaded not guilty to the charges and was released on bond awaiting trial.
