Multiple reports indicate that a man has been arrested in connection to the Delphi killings.

On Oct. 28, reports out of Indiana say Richard Allen was booked into jail in connection to the killing of two girls in Indiana in 2017. Few details have been released in the case, but Fox 59 stated that police are set to give an update next week on the 2017 murders of Libby German and Abby Williams.
On February 13, 2017, Williams, 13, and 14-year-old German went for a hike on the Monon High Bridge Trail in Delphi around 1 p.m. The pair went missing and their bodies were found the following day.
Before her murder, German managed to record a short iPhone video of her and Williams' suspected killer as well as audio of his voice as he told the two: “Guys…down the hill.”
When the girls did not return home, family members contacted the police sparking a massive investigation. The next day two bodies were found along the creek. They were confirmed to be the girls.
Police have spent the last five years investigating and the case has captivated True Crime fanatics. It appears the major development will move the case from investigation into the prosecution stage.
