Man Who Police Say Killed His Wife During Domestic Dispute Arrested

A man who police say killed his wife during a domestic dispute in Nashville, Tennessee has been arrested.
Cledius Bryant, 64, is charged with murder in connection to the death of his wife, Sylvia Bryant, 65, whom police found dead inside the couple's home, according to a news release.
North Precinct officers responded after receiving a 3 a.m. 911 call from Cledius Bryant. He reported being dizzy from being hit in the head with an object.
When police arrived, no one came to the door, so they entered the home through a window. There, they found Sylvia Bryant dead on the bedroom floor with trauma to her face and flatscreen TV lying on her chest.
Officers found Cledius Bryant lying on the bed with apparent minor injuries, according to the news release.
Bryant, who was taken to the hospital, refused to be interviewed by police.
Police determined that based on evidence Sylvia Bryant was killed during a domestic dispute with her husband.
