Wife Kills Husband Live On Facebook, Mississippi Sheriff Says
A Mississippi woman may have ended a long period of domestic violence with the livestreamed murder of her husband, according to officials.
The Lowndes County Sheriff's Office accuses Kadejah Brown, 28, of shooting a man once Saturday morning at their apartment.
“It appeared that Brown and the victim were involved in an argument that turned physical,” a Facebook post by Sheriff Eddie Hawkins said. The incident between the couple was reportedly caught on Facebook Live.
Hawkins did not name the victim, but WCBI-TV reports it was Jeremy Brown, 28. Hawkins told the TV station that Brown was trying to leave the apartment to calm things down when he was shot.
Authorities found a nine-millimeter handgun inside the apartment.
