A 29-year-old Tennessee man got drunk and acted “crazy” during a minor league baseball game in Nashville and now police say he was arrested for assaulting his son and the child’s mother.
On Sept. 11, police said 29-year-old Christopher Morales was “drinking alcohol and acting crazy” at First Horizon Park in Nashville when he suddenly slapped the mother of his child, WKRN reported.
Morales also licked her face before hitting their child, officials said.
According to court records, Morales punched the child in the stomach, but the extent of the injuries was not disclosed in the report, authorities said.
Morales was arrested and booked into the Metro jail on charges of misdemeanor child abuse and domestic assault, police said.
WKRN reported Morales was released on a $5,000 bond.
