Man Allegedly Called 911 To Say Biden Should Be Behind Bars, Cops Put Him There Instead
A man called 911 to say President Joe Biden needed to be behind bars, and instead found himself locked up, according to a report.
Jacob Philbeck, 29, was arrested this month for calling 911 several times in Florida to say, “El Chapo needed to be freed from prison and President Biden needed to be placed in prison,” according to WFLA.
Dispatchers told Philbeck his comments were not related to an emergency and to stop calling, according to a report.
But he called a short time later and reported the exact same issue, police said. Investigators said he called three times in an hour.
Police then went to his home and Philbeck made the same claims, according to WFLA.
Authorities charged Philbeck with misuse of the wireless 911 system to report a non-emergency and noncriminal matter, according to the report. His bond was set at $150. Police said alcohol may have been a factor in the incident.
