The victim picked up the poop with a shovel and threw it onto Aguila’s yard and said things would not end well if the dog was not put on a leash, according to the report.

The two argued and Aguila threatened to get a machete. The victim walked away and then saw Aguila walking towards his property with a machete, according to the report. Aguila then threatened the victim.

Aguila denied that his pup pooped on the other property and said he was just protecting his dog and family, according to WINK News. He was charged with aggravated assault with the intent to commit a felony.
