CUT & RUN: FLORIDA MAN WHO SLICED OFF PENIS OF HIS WIFE’S LOVER SLAPPED WITH 20-YEAR PRISON SENTENCE
A man will spend two decades in prison after cutting off the penis of his wife’s lover.
According to a Gilchrist County Sheriff’s Office report, Alex Cesar Bonilla “caught the victim and the defendant’s wife during sexual intercourse” in May 2019.
Two months later, in July, the report stated, Bonilla went to the victim’s home in their Bell, Florida, neighborhood and took matters into his own hands, according to media reports.
“It was determined that the suspect had broken into the residence and the victim had been held at gunpoint, tied up, taken to a different room and mutilated by the intruder,” deputies wrote. “The victim stated that the defendant took the victim into his bedroom…and forcefully cut off the victim’s penis with a pair of scissors.”

The victim, who was not named, said Bonilla then fled with the “severed penis in his possession.”
Authorities reportedly were unable to recover the organ.
According to investigators, Bonilla claimed he “blacked out” during the gruesome attack and didn’t “remember anything from that point until he was at work and was arrested.”
Last month, Bonilla, 51, entered a plea of no contest on charges of burglary while armed, kidnapping to inflict bodily harm, aggravated assault with a firearm and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. A judge sentenced him to 20 years in prison.
Following his 20-year prison sentence, Bonilla must serve 10 years of probation and pay more than $250,000.
