Two Kids Found Tied Up And Dead In A Florida Apartment, Mom Accused Of Murder
A mom in Miami is accused of killing her two children, who were found tied up on a bed, according to media reports.
On April 12, someone in Miami called 911 several times between 8:30 p.m. and 9 p.m., officials said, according to WSVN. But the caller hung up every time.
Police went to the home and saw two children unresponsive in the home, according to WVSN. The children were 3- and 5-years old. Both of the victims were declared dead at the scene.
The children were in a prone position with their arms, legs and neck tied, a police report obtained by Fox 13 stated.

"Come get them, I don't want them anymore," 41-year-old Odette Lysse Joassaint told officers when they arrived at the scene, according to Fox 13.
Investigators say Jossiant was irrational when they arrived at the scene, according to the report.
Police charged Joassaint with two counts of first-degree murder. She is being held in Miami-Dade jail without bond.
