Woman Waited At Home For Her Estranged Husband Then Shot Him Dead, Family Says

A woman is accused of shooting and killing her estranged husband inside a Florida home, according to reports.
Around noon on Oct. 7, the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office in Florida responded to a residence for a reported shooting. When officers arrived, they found a man with a gunshot wound.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the sheriff’s office.
Investigators detained Kimberly Heath, 45, at the home. After questioning, they charged her with murder.
Family members to WJXT that the victim was her husband, Nathaniel Heath. The two had an estranged relationship, according to the report.
The victim’s mother, Audrey Longley, told the TV station she believed the suspect was armed and waiting for her son to get home. She said Nathanial was her only son and she was devastated by his killing.
“He was very happy-go-lucky. Everyone loved him. He wouldn’t hurt a fly. Was very loved by many, many, many people. He was a good guy,” Longley said, according to WJXT.
