Botched Robbery Turns Into Murder Case In Florida, Three Suspects Charged
Three people have been arrested in connection to a botched robbery turned murder in Florida earlier this month, police announced.
This week, police in Jacksonville, Florida, announced the arrest of Sydney Nichole Buhl, Chase Robison and Tarek Zakia Randolph.
On May 15, members of the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office were told by a hospital that a black man arrived at the hospital. The victim was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival from gunshot wounds.
The victim’s name has not been released.
Investigators said the suspect met the victim at another location and tried to rob him before shooting him multiple times, according to the sheriff’s office.
The three were identified as suspects and arrested. Robison and Randolph were both charged with murder and firearm by a convicted felon. Buhl was charged with attempted armed robbery.
