An 18-year-old student at a Florida school has been arrested for allegedly raping a 14-year-old in a bathroom stall, police said.
According to authorities, the victim told School Resource Deputy Paul Emmons that she was raped by Tashawn Fryson, 18. Emmons then detained Fryson at the school, officials said and reported by the Tallahassee Democrat.
Police said the victim told Fryston “no” and “stop, I have to go” to his sexual advances, which happened in a bathroom stall at school.
During the incident, authorities said the victim pushed the stall door open in an attempt to escape, but Fryson forced it closed.

Fryson spoke with law enforcement and he denied touching the victim, but then police confronted him with “the potential of DNA evidence” and he admitted to having “sexual intercourse” with the victim, officials said.
According to authorities, Fryson “admitted he lied … because he knew she was only 14 years of age.”
Fryson was arrested on June 2 and charged with lewd and lascivious behavior involving a victim between 12 and 16 years old, police said.
He was suspended from school and will be recommended for expulsion, a spokesperson for Leon County Schools told local media.
Fryson is being held in the Leon County Detention facility on $50,000 bail.
