A man's dead body was found under a mattress at an illegal dumping site in Georgia and police say they arrested his killer.
Margaton Achilles Dudley, 45, of Macon, Georgia, was charged with murder and concealing death of another.
On May 7, around 9:30 a.m., a passerby reported they discovered a body under a mattress in the area of Churchill Street, according to the Bibb County Sheriff's Office.
The victim was identified as Amond Rashad Norwood, 26.
Bibb County Sheriff’s investigators say they believe that the homicide happened at a different location.
What led them to suspect Dudley and the killer was not immediately released.
Statements made during a hearing on Monday suggest that there may be another suspect in Norwood’s death, according to The Telegraph.
Dudley is in custody at the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center, and bond has not been set in his case.
