In Georgia, a man is accused of shooting his own brother to death, police said.
Around 3:40 a.m. on Aug. 28, the Clayton County police in Georgia responded to Flint River Road for a report of a person shot.
When officers arrived, they found Demond Snider, 25, dead from a gunshot wound, according to police.
Investigators quickly identified his brother, Demontavious Snider, as a suspect.
The two brothers got into an argument and then a fight before the victim was shot, police said. Authorities did not release what led to the disagreement.
Demontavious Snider was later arrested and charged with malice murder, aggravated assault and possession of a weapon during the commission of a crime.
