On Sept. 18, deputies responded to a possible homicide at a home. When authorities arrived, they found Stiles Stilley bound with duct tape, according to the sheriff’s office. Officials said he had been dead for a couple of days.

Investigators identified the three as suspects, and they were arrested in recent days.

Officials haven’t released many details in the case, such as a motive or the connection between the suspects and the victim.

According to an online obituary, Stilley was a carpenter who worked alongside his mother making art installations for fundraising events and exhibitions.

Family members said Stilley also had a goofy sense of humor and amusing antics.
