A man was found shot to death and left in a pool of blood on St. Patrick’s Day, police said.
This week, authorities said they arrested the suspected killer.
Around 4 p.m. on March 17, police in Collinsville, Illinois, responded to North Bluff Road for a dead person. A witness found a man face down in a pool of blood. It appeared the victim had been shot several times, according to Maryville police.
The victim was later identified as Ronald Holland.
This week, the Major Case Squad for Greater St. Louis announced the arrest of Danyiel M. Johnson in connection to the case. Investigators say the two men knew each other, but no motive was released, according to Fox 2.
