Around 3:15 p.m. on Oct. 29, witnesses reported a man had been shot in the woods in Salem, Indiana, according to Indiana State Police. Officers arrived and found Michael Walker, 55, dead from a gunshot wound.
Investigators determined that Walker, two other men and their dogs were hunting on property behind a nearby home.
