Woman Was Irate Over Her Jimmy John's Order So She Stabbed A Teenage Employee, Cops Say
A woman was mad about her order at Jimmy John’s, so she entered the establishment and stabbed a teenage worker, police said.
Around 6 p.m. on April 25, police in High Point, North Carolina, responded to a Jimmy John’s for an assault on an employee.
When officers arrived, they were told an irritated customer stabbed a 16-year-old female employee, according to High Point police.
The suspect, Demetris Holeman, 45, was known to staff and previously refused service at the restaurant, according to police. Workers said Holeman came to the store complaining about her order.
She then threw several items at the employee and stabbed her with an edged weapon.
The victim was taken to the hospital, police said.
Holeman was arrested at her home a few hours after the incident. She was charged with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injuries and injury to real property.
