As disgraced reality TV star Josh Duggar headed to prison, it sounded like his new prison mates weren’t too happy their area was going to get a bit more famous.
Duggar was recently sentenced to spend 12 years in prison in connection to a child porn case. He is set to be housed in a Texas federal prison and according to leaked audio obtained by RadarOnline, his cellmates had to clean before he arrived.
“They wanted us to come in and make the place look all clean and s*** before he got here,” one inmate is heard on a recording from inside the facility and obtained by the publication.
“We didn’t know what f--- it was.”
Other inmates seemed aware who the “19 and Counting” star was and about his case. One inmate said he heard about the situation when he was at a previous prison.
“When the s*** hit the fan, and the show got canceled. All that crazy s*** because of him. I said, ‘It would be crazy being in a unit with somebody like that. My buddy, at that spot, told me he was in the place that Michael Vick was in, the football player.

The comments on the audio obtained by RadarOnline came from inside the low-security prison with a security satellite camp. Those facilities often allow many inmates to move freely and interact with each other during the day.
“You would think with that being a reality show that they wouldn’t have canceled it… that’s reality,” joked one inmate, in the exclusive audio.“The thing is reality isn’t really reality!”
“It is all scripted,” another jaded inmate added.
As the inmates discussed Duggar being brought into the facility, his celebrity status raised some eyebrows.
“I am going to get his autograph, I am,” an inmate said, drawing a few laughs. “I know he is going to be here a long time. He is up there talking to (unknown inmate) right now."
