Reality TV star Josh Duggar found guilty of child porn possession, faces decades in prison
Reality star Josh Duggar was found guilty in his child porn trial and now faces up to four decades in prison.
On Dec. 9, Duggar was convicted in federal court after a week-long trial, according to media reports. Sentencing will happen at a later date.
Duggar used the internet to download child sexual abuse images, according to prosecutors.
The reality star downloaded 65 mages of a 7- to 8- year-old girl, according to Radar. One video included a child being sexually assaulted. In another video, a three-month-old was being sexually assaulted.
Radar also reported that one of Duggar’s computers was protected with a password that used his name.
Duggar was one of the family members on the show “19 Kids and Counting,” which aired on the TLC network. Duggar faced previous accusations of molesting young girls in 2002 and 2003. Those allegations led to the cancelation of the TV show.
