Is Kate OK? Prince William Breaks Silence on Aftermath of Princess of Wales' Surgery

Multiple conspiracy theories have been swirling as Kate Middleton recovers from abdominal surgery, and now Prince William has broken his silence regarding the situation.
A spokesman for the Prince of Wales told People, “His focus is on his work and not on social media.”
Rumors spread about the Princess of Wales' condition after she was only been seen in public one time since her hospitalization in January.
While Kensington Palace had said that Middleton’s operation was “planned,” sources told Page Six that even her closest aides didn’t know about it.
In an update last month, the palace said Middleton was “doing well,” but officials did not give any more information out of respect for her privacy.
Middleton’s rep told Page Six, “Kensington Palace made it clear in January the timelines of the princess’ recovery and we’d only be providing significant updates. That guidance stands.”

The rumors swirled again recently when Prince William didn’t attend a memorial service for his late godfather King Constantine II of Greece due to undisclosed “personal reasons.”
However, Middleton was photographed on March 4 for the first time since attending Christmas church service in December with her husband and their three children.
The photograph was taken as the princess was the passenger in a car driven by her mother, Carole Middleton, near Windsor Castle.
