87-YEAR-OLD NUSING HOME PATIENT ACCUSED OF RAPING FELLOW CLIENT AT KENTUCKY FACILITY
An elderly man is accused of raping a woman at the nursing home where both lived, police say.
Raymond Keown, 87, was charged with first-degree rape by police in Bowling Green, Kentucky, this week.
Police say that the victim was not capable of consenting and was injured during the alleged assault, which happened in a nursing home in the town, according to WYMT.
Keown and his attorney Alan Simpson entered a not guilty plea in association with the crime on Wednesday. They appeared virtually in Judge John Brown’s courtroom for the hearing, WKBO reported.
