Husband Shot And Killed His Wife, But Police In Kentucky Have Not Said Why

A 35-year-old woman was shot dead in Kentucky and now her husband faces a murder charge.
On Aug. 27, police in Lexington, Kentucky, arrested Yovany Chaple-Chalita in connection to the killing of Ashley Stamper, his wife.
Around 2:30 p.m. on Aug. 17, police responded to Linden Walk for a report of a person shot. When officers arrived, they found Stamper with a gunshot wound.
She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Chaple-Chalita was identified as the suspect and he was arrested a week later. Police have not released a possible motive in the case.
Police charged Chaple-Chalita with murder, domestic violence and tampering with physical evidence. He is being held in a Kentucky jail.
