Two Kentucky women got into an argument and it ended with one woman being shot twice and the other woman charged with murder, police say.
Around 8 a.m. on Nov. 14, police said 44-year-old Emily Jo Green brought out a handgun during an argument between her and 52-year-old Jennifer Fox and proceeded to shoot Fox twice — in the back and in the head.
Fox was pronounced dead at the scene by medical personnel, officials said.
Radcliff Police Chief Jeff Cross said they weren’t sure what led to the shooting, but “we’re still looking into it” and “from what we can tell, it was a disagreement that led to the shooting,” The News-Enterprise reported.
Police said Fox had been living at the residence for a few months with Green and another woman.
Green was arrested and charged with murder, officials said. She is scheduled to appear in Hardin District Court on Nov. 24, authorities said.
