Woman Had 'Rape' Shaved Into Her Head, Was Beaten With Several Objects After Kidnapping, Texas Police Say
A woman was beaten by multiple objects, had the word "rape" shaved into her head and was burned by cigarettes as torture after being kidnapped and held captive by six people she met online for a week in Texas, according to police and KSLA-TV.
The Henderson County Sheriff's Office announced six arrests on March 30 in connection to the incident. Felicity Emanuelle Walker, 22, Summer Syler Lawrence, 45, Breonna Cheyenne Johnson, 22, Amanda Marie Andrews, 22, Shayne Joseph Anderson, 30, and Charles K. Bryant, 21, all of Athens, Texas, were charged with aggravated kidnapping.
Each suspect's bond was set at $500,000, according to Henderson County Jail records.
“We received a call about a suspicious person, discovered this troubling case and quickly made arrests,” Henderson County Sheriff Botie Hillhouse said.
According to the arrest affidavit, she was found at 812 South Park Circle in Athens with severe bruising, burn marks and the word "rape" shaved on the back of her head, KSLA reported.
The woman told police she had been severely tortured during her captivity. She told investigators that she was beaten with a walking cane, bondage festish-type sex toys, fists, a and award medals. She also reported being burned with cigarettes and wax sealer, according to KSLA.
The woman also reported being made to call her captors "master," the outlet reports.
A sheriff's investigator who spoke to the woman noted her ees and face appeared to be bruised, bloody and swollen. Her arms, legs, back, chest and stomach were swolllen and covered in bruises, and she had what appeared to be linear cuts to multiple body parts, according to KSLA.
The woman also told police she was forced to eat her feces and pieces of lettuce that they spat on, the outlet reports.
Hillhouse said the victim is being treated for her injuries, according to KSLA.
