Husband allegedly shot and killed estranged wife during altercation in Kentucky

A man has been arrested after he allegedly shot and killed his estranged wife during an argument.
Around 8:15 a.m. Aug. 26, Kentucky State Police received a call from the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department requesting that they investigate a death.
Troopers and detectives responded to a residence in the 4400 block of West Fifth Street Road in Owensboro, Kentucky to conduct the death investigation, according to state police.
Troopers found one victim, Hannah Fuller, 23, dead inside the residence with an apparent gunshot wound, according to police.
Around 4:30 p.m. Sept 13, police located and arrested Joshua Fuller, 36, for murder (domestic violence) and tampering with physical evidence.
According to authorities, preliminary investigation indicated Joshua Fuller was involved in an altercation with his estranged wife, Hannah Fuller, when she was shot. But, troopers did not provide further information on what led to the shooting.
Fuller is being held in the Daviess County Detention Center.
